I’m sick of this. I’m especially sick of seeing it on an allegedly progressive site like Jezebel. I’ve just now begun to see the tides turning in their opinion of Kanye West, who until recently it seemed everyone just thought was an idiotic, talentless fame whore.

Why do people apparently have such a difficult time believing rappers are also intelligent people?
